Established in November 2025, Sichuan Rongge CNC Cutting Tools Manufacturing Factory is backed by over 20 years of OEM manufacturing experience in the CNC cutting tool industry. Our team has served leading brands in Japan, South Korea, Europe, and the United States.
With a 23,000 m² production facility, more than 300 employees, and two fully automated production lines, we deliver reliable, high-quality cutting tools for global markets — comparable in quality to leading international brands at direct-from-factory prices.
Twenty-one precision steps — from material preparation to final marking — ensure every Rongge cutting tool meets international-brand quality.
01
Raw materials are issued according to production drawings and work orders, then cut to the specified lengths for subsequent processing.
02
The outside diameter, end faces, and steps of the blank are rough-turned to establish the basic tool profile while leaving finishing allowance.
03
Internal coolant holes or guided deep holes are machined to ensure correct hole diameter, position, and uninterrupted coolant flow.
04
External threads are machined on the shank for the subsequent assembly of inserts, screws, or clamping components.
05
The shank and reference outside diameter are finish-machined to ensure dimensional accuracy, concentricity, and reliable clamping reference surfaces.
06
Flats or locating surfaces are milled on the shank to create clamping, drive, or assembly-locating features.
07
Insert pockets, helical chip flutes, and related locating features are machined to form the drill body’s primary geometry.
08
Y-shaped internal coolant passages are machined to direct coolant to the cutting edges and machining zone.
09
Burrs, sharp edges, and residual chips are removed to prevent interference with assembly and use.
10
Quenching, tempering, and other heat-treatment processes improve the tool body’s hardness, strength, and wear resistance.
11
Hardness, deformation, and appearance are inspected after heat treatment to confirm suitability for subsequent processing.
12
The tool body surface is blast-cleaned to remove scale and improve surface uniformity.
13
The head outside diameter, end faces, and mating surfaces are finish-ground to meet final dimensional and surface-roughness requirements.
14
The working-end profile, cutting-edge geometry, and related angles are machined to form the basic cutting-head shape.
15
Burrs and sharp edges are removed from the machined head to maintain cutting-edge integrity and appearance quality.
16
Localized blast treatment is applied to ensure consistent surface condition and appearance.
17
Anti-rust, black oxide, plating, or coating treatments are applied to improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and appearance.
18
Final inspection is performed against drawings and inspection specifications for dimensions, geometric tolerances, appearance, assembly, and function.
19
Key diameters and related dimensions are inspected by sampling or 100% inspection to confirm conformity with drawing requirements.
20
Model, specification, batch, brand, and other traceability information is marked in designated locations on the product.
